Date: June 11–14, 2024
The 25th Annual International Conference on Digital Government Research (dg.o 2024) will be jointly hosted by National Taiwan University and the Taipei City Government. The conference will take place from June 11 to June 14, 2024, at the College of Social Sciences, National Taiwan University.
This year’s theme is “Internet of Beings: Transforming Public Governance”, and the program includes 3 keynote speeches, 3 panel discussions, and 22 topic tracks focused on digital government. We sincerely invite experts from all sectors to participate and contribute.
The dg.o conference has been held annually since 2000, organized by the Digital Government Society, a global interdisciplinary organization originally initiated by the U.S. National Science Foundation. The society is dedicated to advancing research in digital governance, technological innovation, and civic engagement. The dg.o conferences have been hosted in rotation across Europe, the Americas, and Asia.
This 25th edition will be the first dg.o conference held in Taiwan, co-organized by the Department of Political Science and the Graduate Institute of Public Affairs at National Taiwan University and the Taipei City Government, in collaboration with multiple academic institutions, including the Department of Public Administration at National Chengchi University and the Department of Administrative Management at Chung Hua University. Together, we aim to shape Taipei into a global hub for professional knowledge exchange.
We warmly welcome all scholars and experts to join us in promoting international dialogue and innovation in the field of digital governance.
