Session Description:
Ms. Shen Hui-Ju has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, starting her career as an accountant in the construction sector and serving as Deputy General Manager of the Market Risk Management Department at CTBC Bank. She has extensive experience in departmental leadership, professional talent recruitment, and management, and holds professional certifications such as FRM (Financial Risk Manager) and CIA (Certified Internal Auditor). She also led her department to win the bank’s Best Risk Defense Award. Passionate about the financial field, after retiring she has taught the course “Demystifying Financial Statements – Introduction to Basic Accounting and Financial Statement Analysis” at the Graduate Institute of Public Affairs. She shares not only financial knowledge and methods applicable to social sciences but also her own experience and advice for students on growing and improving themselves throughout their careers.
