講者背景:Frank van Laerhoven博士，曾任諾貝爾經濟獎得主Elinor Ostrom的研究員。他主要研究環境治理，尤其是生態系統的治理。研究興趣為共有資源、社會生態系統、分權改革、地方民主與參與、和解決集體行動之困境。
